Since the dawn of civilization, when humans started to evolve, fire was the first defensive as well as initial initiative taken in the phase of evolution of mankind. As the progress kept a constant rate, a variable of health defects came into existence. Poor health infrastructure, over population, wars, terrorism and other such issues aggravated the health defects in the inhabitants of the planet all the more. But man, kept on researching and creating antidotes for those health issues. After a history of excruciating health problems, some success is finally achieved by the human effort, such as eradication of smallpox from the world, measles and polio from the United States of America.
However, certain virulent pathogens still manage to evolve with changing times and keep a constant pace of creating health issues all over the world. The basic structure of the disease causing entity changes as it becomes resistance to the antidotes that are administered over a period of time. Then such pathogens cause whole new level of health problems, which require different tangents of treatment protocols. As history has been shaping up, the pathogen is attacked with modified treatment entities when it develops resistance of any kind. Moreover, as evolution is an inevitable phenomena, instead of evolving in a cyclic chain of absurd interactions, the evolution should be such that an initiative taken once, solves the issue once and for all. To imply, the eradication of all kinds of pathogens from the planet Earth will not only aid in disease free world, but also empower the evolution of the human mind in areas of justified agendas like strong symbiotic international and environmental relations.
In today’s times, the nation’s are distracted building nuclear armaments, investing in obsolete agendas like wars for oil, and more. Instead, when the nations put health as the prime focus of it’s constitution, thereby implementing initiative fit for the citizens of that particular nation, and making eradication of pathogens it’s major goal, the world could evolve at a better rate than ever. A health renaissance should initate at national level to eventually proceed up-to the global level, to respect and protect the sanctity of the planet Earth. Of all, humans have the potential to use their knowledge and energy in synergistic way with the collective use of resources available from the planet Earth. The inhabitants of the planet Earth should inculcate habits that are environment friendly and pathogenic resistant, so that the future of the coming generations and that of the present ones is upgraded to a better prospect. The energy, efforts, funds and time of every individual should be invested in contributing to the development of a better present and eventually future of both the individual and the planet Earth. Therefore, a global zest against pathogens is the most essential requirement of our recent times.
For in my vision, the future looks something like nation’s competing in terms of health status of its citizens, it’s success in eradicating number of diseases and pathogens, it’s ability to research and provide useful data on health improvement, advancing in the field of biotechnology and eventually creating a world secure and constructive for the prevalent humans and other species of the planet Earth. Mass level pathogen extinction campaigns should be initiated to start the process of bringing about biologically constructive environment to thrive in. The resources planet Earth provides for, should be utilized in the most effective way of benefiting it’s inhabitants. Of all, humans should remember that once they have achieved a milestone of eradicating at least one disease globally, it’s only the way forward in evolutionary phase of our times and the future should be disease-proof and biologically competent for all.
